Samsung Galaxy View Is The Biggest Android Tablet Till Date

Oh Samsung! Are you trying to set a new trend? It looks like that now. We saw Samsung setting a new size trend for smartphones when it released its very first Galaxy Note phablet. Samsung might be seeking something similar here with its all new mighty Galaxy View. The Galaxy View is Samsung’s latest tablet sized at 18.4 inches. At this size, the Galaxy View turns out to be the largest Android device ever made.With the Galaxy View, Samsung is aiming at filling the gap between a tablet and a television.According to Samsung, Galaxy View is a portable device, but its not easily possible to carry this device along with you on a public place. Galaxy View’s screen has as a 1080p resolution with 119 ppi.Galaxy View is powered up with Samsung’s own Exynos 7580 CPU. We have a RAM of 2 GB in this device and internal storage is 32 GB. MicroSD card slot on this tablet supports up to 128 GB of external storage. Samsung planted a 2.1 MP shooter at its back and there’s no secondary shooter. A battery of 5700 mAh can be found inside. Galaxy View runs on Android Lollipop out of the box. This mighty tablet weighs at 2.64 kg.As far as the UI of this device is concerned, it is pretty much video-centric. It brings you video content from different service providers. You can easily access YouTube videos or catch your favorite TV show from Netflix right on the go.
Samsung hasn’t give any hints about the pricing details of this Tablet. But if Samsung places a cheap price tag on this device, you may consider it as your large-screen media device or even use it as your TV.
